Myrient's search of /files/ on their site doesn't really work. It does not recursively search I think it just searches the CWD. So I really don't know what files you are specifically referring.
Myrient includes .RAP files in their No-Intro verified PS3 DLC archive. I can't say for certain that their copy of the Left Behind DLC includes the .RAP file since I haven't downloaded it myself, but the DLC I have downloaded have always included .RAP files.
