I can understand not including MGS4's DLC because their server's are dead and it requires pointing your DNS to a fan-made server to use (its incompatible with v02.00 MGS 4) but LoU:LB DLC is entirely offline and only supplements the original PS3 game's story. Why not add it to the vault.
Myrient's search of /files/ on their site doesn't really work. It does not recursively search I think it just searches the CWD. So I really don't know what files you are specifically referring.
