keept getting error on every single game...

i keep getting this error "404 The file you are looking for does not exist on this server."
i am not tech savvy at all so please answer assuming i am stupid... i have tried to download multiple diff games all resulting in the same error. i have tried both games i have not downloaded before, AND games i downloaded quite literally last night with no issues.
i am not using a vpn. i have tried using a vpn. i am only looking for PAL/EU games, but i have tried downloading other regions but those still result in the same error...
are the servers down? thanks anyone who can help. was hoping to be able to play my newly hacked wii today but ig i wont be :'(
