A7800 expects ROM files to have headers specifying various cartridge settings and other info. This is a quirk A7800 has inherited from MAME/MESS. These headers are not part of the original cartridge, but are instead created by members of the emulation scene. Because of this, No-Intro verified 7800 ROMs do not include these headers, and by extension, neither does Vimm.

The A7800 Emulator win 5v2 will not load .a78 ROMS. I DLed the emulator and ROMS from your site. I followed the A7800 documentation and tried changing the video to auto, but it still will not load.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

I am new to your site and emulation. I appreciate the work you do to bring back some great memories.
