New ROM Format (.cia)

System: Nintendo 3DS
I'm new here, so I don't know if this is the right place to put this, but it'd be neat if there was an option to download .cia versions of 3DS games that can be installed on real hardware. There is already a site which hosts this format (hShop, hosted on Myrient) but, from what I've seen, downloads are ever so slightly faster here than on that site.
