The 360 Digital backups are just as-is copies of their original folder structure as stored on the 360's hard disk. I don't know if any unlocking has been done to them. You can find information on playing game backups on your 360 here:

every 360D game unzips into just some weird encrypted file with no extension buried in multiple folders. how do i make this readable to my 360?
