It's the Japanese title for Digimon World: Dawn (known as Digimon Story: Sunburst in Japan). Funnily enough, on the Sunburst page, it also shows the wrong title, showing the title for Digimon World: Dawn instead.
It shows what looks like a Digimon Story romhack if it isn't outright Dawn edition when it should show the title screen for the game in question. As much as I don't particularly care for the original version of the game, the special edition is supposed to be the better version so I may play it. However, when I saw the erroneous title screen preview on the game's page, I had to bring it up.
