I've rebuilt the XISO with the latest extract-xiso (build-202505152050) but there's no guarantee that's any better. extract-xiso has known flaws so the Xbox Vault will be switching to xdvdfs in the future.

My mistake blaming the dump as well; I can't do much since I don't have my PC as the moment, but could you try double checking and/or recreating the XISO?
I used Repackinator to make mine, and everything works like a charm, seeming like a more reliable tool?
What I've seen is two folders one named maps_es and maps_it, with the maps_it containing the .tga loading screen with "CARICAMENTO" being the text in it.
If for some reason you end up with some folder containing english data too, could you let me know? Especially since both your vault and Redump classify only one disc with an Italian version, only one with a Spanish version, and they're the same disc.
