Bandwidth isn't free, Vimm is self-hosted, and it's very popular so you're competing with other users for the limited bandwidth here.

Hello everyone, a 5GB size small file takes me like 40-50mins to download but my desktop is hardwired with 1.5Gig speed download. Is there a vpn maybe for faster downloads or anything? I don't get why everything downloads so slow from here. INCREDIBLY THANKFUL for Vimm's Lair and his hard work but downloading faster would always be nice of course.
