I mean, it runs perfectly fine on my modded 3DS. I don't know if it runs on Citra but I'm pretty sure all of the 3DS Pokemon roms here on Vimm runs fine on Citra. Really the only games people have problems with on Citra are games like Tomodachi life, but the Pokemon roms should be fine. It's honestly better to just download it to see if it works than to not and ask if it works here.
