It's not PSN exclusivve, it was on XBLA too.

PSN content isn't in the Vault yet, but you can find it on NoPayStation, Myrient, or the Internet Archive.
this might have already been requested, sorry if thats the case!
it seems to be that because it was exclusive to ps3 it's not on many if all rom sites.
