Are you sure it's not Cube Creator 3D? Both that title and "Cube Creator DX" are available in the No-Intro 3DS database mirror on Myrient.
there's a bootleg of Minecraft on the 3ds called cube builder 3D. I only played the demo because I could not afford it as a kid, but I know it's not just a custom port of regular Minecraft it's a whole other game, so if anyone can find it plz do.
