Everything has been gradually shifting toward peer-2-peer type file sharing for a long time now anyway. I've been visiting Vimnm's off and on since the late 90s, and have seen MANY emulation sites come and go in that time. Even I usually torrent most files I need these days.
Maybe we can expect a spike in people visiting the site for download since myrient is soon closing.
