Halo 3: Essentials *is* the second disc. It's a bonus disc included in the Collector's Edition and Legendary Edition of Halo 3. The first disc in both was simply the ordinary Halo 3 disc. The Legendary Edition also included a third disc, but that was a DVD and not a 360 disc.

Disc 1 is already in the vault: https://vimm.net/vault/78978
All that is needed is Disc 2.
Halo 3: Essentials had 2 discs.
