Advise use of VPN now when on vimm's lair

unfortunately most "IPS" internet providers have been siding with the companies now. an most these sites if you even go to them. reports are sent to your ips an if they get too many they will take action to disconnect your internet. id been using VPN on all other sites as i noticed i was getting flagged. hadnt needed to on vimm's but just yesturday after a few downloads. my IPS provider sent me notices of downloads from unapproved site "Vimm's Lair"
