Oh ok, I figured out how to use GoodGEN, and it says those ROMs are
Bass Masters Classic Pro Edition (U) [!]
Tecmo World Cup '93 (U) [!]
It also says my Tecmo World Cup '92 (W) is Tecmo World Cup '92 (J) [!]
even though it appears to be entirely in English.
Yikes. Is that what GoodGEN is reporting? It seems like everyone is reporting something different. RomHustler has those roms as Bass Masters Classic Pro Edition (W) and Tecmo World Cup '93 (W). RomCenter calls them Bass Masters Classic Pro Edition (USA) and Tecmo World Cup (USA), no '93 on that one. GameFaqs says Tecmo World Cup is the USA name for Tecmo World Cup '92 (JAP) so it seems very confusing.
The Title Screen says Tecmo World Cup, no '93 and the game appears to be entirely in English. Bass Masters Classic Pro Edition (W) is in English too.
