I use a Microsoft Sidewinder gamepad, with great results over the past couple of weeks on the emulators UberNES (NES) and VisualBoyAdvance (Game Boy). I had to set it up in WinXP's Settings > Control Panel > Game Controllers.

The RetroZone Web site sells USB adapters for old NES controllers--and NES controllers that have been upgraded with USB cords--that use generic drivers built into most operating systems, and don't require any set up or driver installation.

hey....I'm White_Lightnin...and I'm a F.N.G. ....to this site and emulators as well.

I have a quick question for ya'll...

will the aftermarket NES/USB controllers work for these games? What about other handheld controllers?
