It's in the "World" region, as the NTSC version was identical for both NA and Japan.

"Steel Battalion: Line of Contact", also known by japanese title "Tekki Taisen: Steel Battalion: Line of Contact" does not appear to have any entry on this website. I cant find it for any region.
this is a game that to my understanding is more or less shut down at this point, but in the interest of preservation I'd like to find the ROMs and or have it made available.
