Look at the Myrient URL. See the "Redump" there? That means the disc is part of the Redump archive. Redump hosts data related to the files they've archived, they do not host the files themselves.
The DVD-Video section of Redump is only available to members with "Dumper" rank, which is why you can't find it on their website. You have to sign up for an account and contribute your own disc dumps in order to see the full Redump database.

I am unable to find this Disc 2 anywhere else on the internet to download so I decided to download it from Myrient. I made this thread because I don't want Myrient to be the only source of these DVD discs only for Myrient to shut down soon. Just because I was lucky enough to download it before Myrient shut down does not mean everyone else was lucky too.
