The fastest/best way is to copy games onto a flash drive/external HDD. FTP is good if you don't have a big external storage to dedicate to the 360 (at least temporarily).
Check out ModdedWarfare for video tutorials on everything for modded Xbox 360.
The Vault's games are mostly intended for use with an emulator (especially the Xbox 360). You will have to convert the .iso files into either XEX (loose files) or GOD (Xbox Marketplace) format. If you don't want to do this for a ton of games I suggest you check out dlxbgame.com. They have games in "JTAGrip" format which is XEX or ready to play on a modded 360.

I got my Xbox 360 modded a while ago and I'm finally putting it to good use and adding literally EVERY game I could ever want on it. I tried adding games to it when I first got it modded but I'm positive I made it 99x more complicated than it had to be. Does anyone actually know how to move XBLA and .iso's to an HDD, or know where I can find a proper guide?
