Just to update to this. I had way too much freetime so I decided to scan the whole thing with my home printer. So I have the cover art, and all the pages from the manual if needed
I have ISO/ROM of the ''Retro City Rampage DX'' European version, and I would love to submit it here so it could be added to the vault. I can also scan the manual and cover art on home printer IF wanted/needed
