Doesn't look like the game is on Redump yet. Submit the game to Redump first, and once it's verified, an upload link will automatically appear on Vimm for you to upload it here.
I have ISO/ROM of the ''Retro City Rampage DX'' European version, and I would love to submit it here so it could be added to the vault. I can also scan the manual and cover art on home printer IF wanted/needed
