If we want to be overly literal about it, the Wii U came out 1 year and 9 months after the 3DS, so we can expect a Wii U vault to come 1 year and 9 months after the 3DS vault did; that is, by April 2027.
Yeah, there's actually nothing stopping Wii U being added too at this point except maybe server load.
