trouble uploading a game DLC

i have the DLC sonic generations: casino night pinball (xbox 360: digital) and i get a error when i try to upload it and it's saying something along the lines of the no-intro hashes not lining up and i have no clue how to fix that ( NOTE: i did just copy it from my xbox 360 because i saw it wasn't uploaded yet)
