This isn't a "pirate site" at all....none of these games can be purchased legally anymore. Buying 2nd hand copies at the current exorbitant prices is only profiting resellers.
That being said, an argument could be made for some of the retro stuff on the eshops (like Switch Online etc) that are still available for purchase.
