Looks like the same bad dump was uploaded again. Not sure if there's something different with your RV dat settings?
Well that's new. The Vault validates all three hashes on upload so perhaps the MD5 and SHA-1 changed in No-Intro after that. I've deleted the file so the new one can be uploaded.
