Great Hits PS1 Manual

Hello! I have scanned the manual for the game, Great Hits. I was wondering if anyone had any software that could help resize the pages consistently. I tried to upload it to Vimm's lair but the file resizing process got complicated.
I uploaded them to the Internet Archive as well, if anyone wants to help me with this.
