You can still purchase digital content on PS3, even if the process is a bit more convoluted than it used to be. That means that content isn't out of print yet, and so won't be included on Vimm's Lair. Once Sony shuts down PSN on PS3 for good, then it will be eligible for inclusion.
Could you add a PS3 digital vault? As we are seeing, consoles from that generation are having the digital stores being shutting down by the companies, so I think that it's important to preserve all the data from the massive PSN store from PS3. I don't know if it's the right place to write it (I'm new on the site), but I hope you accept my suggestion
