Ryujinx just got moved off github and renamed to Ryubing, it's still somewhat being developed. Yuzu got forked into several emulators. I also think there's a new unrelated contender on the market as well but I haven't kept track.

For games, you can go to Rutracker. There's like 1 guy maintaining entire Switch store and regularly updating his uploads.

For Switch game mods you can go to 4PDA forums. They are in Russian, but it's 2026 and you can work with that if you know how to auto-translate websites.

Neither Yuzu nor Ryujinx are currently under active development due to Nintendo's legal actions against Switch emulator development. There are multiple projects based on forks of Yuzu and Ryujinx, but the original projects are not up-to-date anymore.
