[Xbox] Cabela's Dangerous Hunts - Broken ISO

I'm having trouble getting Cabela's Dangerous Hunts for the Original Xbox to work, and I think the file in the Vault might be broken.
When I try to run the game in xemu, it just goes straight to the "Please insert disc" screen. My other Xbox games run fine, so I know my emulator is set up right.
I tried extracting the folder and rebuilding it as an ISO using extract-xiso on the command line, but even with a media patch, it still won't boot.
I'm not 100% sure, but it seems like there might be something messed up with the data or the default.xbe file in this specific download. Could someone look into it or maybe update it with a different dump when possible?
