Changing what shows up on my list

Awhile back i downloaded Final fantasy XII zodiac job system from the ps2 list. It worked fine and i still have it downloaded on my ayn thor. however when i went to download it onto my laptop i couldn't find it on the list. i did find it when i used the search option and manually input the title. i'm wondering if its because it's region is set to japan, and if it is, is there a way for the list to show ALL games instead of just US entries?
