A couple more problems

Today I found a couple more problems on this site.
1)Lack of program availability in some formats in different revisions.
I noticed another problem in the Wii Vault.
For some reason, the FreeLoader for Nintendo Wii does not have a ROM in a specific format in every revision.
For example: the program does not have a ROM in the .wbfs format in revision 1.0 (in revision 1.1, there is a ROM in the .wbfs format), and in revision 1.1, there is no longer a ROM in the .rvz format (in revision 1.0, there is a ROM in the .rvz format)

2)Duplicate
There is a duplicate of CTR Eva - Import in the Nintendo 3DS Vault.

3)Incorrect release date
It's actually surprising that no one has noticed this issue before, but I noticed that the Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode I video game has an incorrect release date in the WiiWare vault.
The game itself was released on Wii in 2010, not 2009.
