Seems to be working now.
You can download ONE game every 12 hours or so. After that, the next download keeps hanging and eventually gives a DLL2 error. You will also be told you're already downloading a game when that's not actually happening. Refreshing, reloading, and stopping the downloads does not help. Again, waiting half a day seems to allow you to download ONE game, but after that new downloads hang until you get the DLL2 error.
