[Missing Files] SS & PS1 - Listed but not uploaded

Hi,

I've been going through the site and found several games that are listed on the page but there are no actual download links / files available. I double-checked multiple times, so I believe they were never uploaded to the server rather than just being hard to find.

Sega Saturn (missing):

Enemy Zero (USA, Europe) (Disc 0) (Beta) (1997-09-16)

Phantasm (Japan) (Disc 3) (2M)

Sony PlayStation (missing):

Chibi Chara Game - Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu (Japan) (Disc 2) (Let's Surogoku)

Could someone please verify if these files exist in the backend? If they're not there, would it be possible to re-upload them?
