AFAIK, the rom hacking section is just a read-only backup of romhacking.net's files at the moment.

I'm trying to upload a Rom Hack for fossil fighters, and can't seem to find an easy way to do this and have question's about if it will be hassle to send updated versions of that on this site. Thanks.
