Wii U page blocked when entered.

When I want to download a Wii U game of my choice for making my own emulators, consoles and applications, I kept being blocked which made me find games somewhere else without downloading them with or without DLC included. Please can you add the physical and digital games with the DLC together in the Wii U vault so that players can play the original Mario Kart 8 with new characters like Cat Peach and Dry Bowser on GBA Ribbon Road and Mute City?
