How to contribute Canadian manuals?

Greetings from Canada,
I've just heard of the project and I got manuals for a couple games that are missing altogether, and others for whom I have extra Bilingual (EN-FR) or Monolingual French Canadian versions.
I've began scanning some of the materials, but I'm not sure how to properly input their region by picking from the list. I've seen a couple Canadian flags in the list so I figure there's a way, but for instance for "Kinect Adventures!" on Xbox 360, my choices are either USA or World, neither of which really reflects the bilingual EN-FR manual I've got?
I'd like to clear things up before I start submitting manuals willy-nilly.
