There's no such capability here at the moment. Most of that is relegated to other services that focus exclusively on those specific services.
If the game has a complete/Game of the Year edition, then you may be able to get the game's DLC through that. For example, the PS3 version of Skyrim: Legendary Edition has the base game on the disc, plus an installer for the individual DLC as well. However, not many stores like the eShop and PSN sold these back in the day. Since the defunct eShops, DSiWare, and the PS3/PSP versions of PSN are not available here, you'll have to rely more on the "complete" versions here that are based on the physical versions, or go to places like NoPayStation for PlayStation Network exclusive stuff.
I imagine that these could potentially be added in the future, but with there already being spaces where people can freely download that content, there's really no rush. Besides, with server space costing a small fortune right now, I imagine Vimm is mainly focusing on the physical game side of things.

Is it possible to download content from the DS shop, the 3DS, Wii U and Swith eShop and PlayStation Stores which would contain every DLC for every available game physically or digitally such as Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing for the PS3, Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed for the 3DS, PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale for the PS Vita and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate for the Nintendo Switch?
