USB Helper Launcher might also work to download Wii U eShop content still, I haven't tried it recently though.
Until digital vaults for PS3, Wii U, and 3DS are added, you can find that content through other means:
NoPayStation is the best for PSN, and PSN content can also be found at MiNERVA and Internet Archive.
