Wii U Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze

thank you, vimm for the continued preservation of the vault and for the Wii U library.
i am unable to download Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze. all other Wii U titles seem to download fine. when i try to download Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, vimm's thinks i have another download in progress. when i cancel the download and return to Donkey Kong, the download still doesn't work.
i have tried multiple browsers and have cleared data/history but that is not helping
