When I was writing all this, I forgot to mention one more problem.
Some video games only list their regions in parentheses (referring to regions not present in Vimm's Lair).
I've only found two such games so far.
Sextris for SNES (which came out in Peru).

I found another problem in the Wii Vault.
Donkey Kong Returns (revision 1.1) is missing from the .wbfs file. However, it's present in the .rvz file.
(I'll clarify that I can't attach a screenshot right now, because the service I'm using down today, and therefore I won't be able to attach a screenshot)
I would also like to draw attention to a possible error in CD-i Vault.
The problem is that your website states that there are 2429 media outlets, while Redump.info states that there are 2428 media outlets. What's causing this problem?
