Can't extract files after download

I'm on linux I use unzip and 7z from j7z to extract data
I tried many times but not one time I was able to get the right file when I check the checksum, I tried with many games:

https://vimm.net/vault/128074 both formats
https://vimm.net/vault/25255 both formats, download very slow ~70KB/s
I can't think of some other thing to try
