I would say you're correct but the title screen means it's the japanese version. From a purely preservation standpoint (and of course because I'm playing semantics) these are the japanese releases. I'm looking for the western releases labeled with the resident evil Titlescreen :) and these are not found easily.

No idea why No-Intro doesn't have them. It seems they are lacking in a good bit of content released late into the 360's life cycle. Hopefully they'll get caught up someday.
