i had this problem earlier on my phone, except it wouldnt even start the download (firefox, wii, skate it)

I have Been trying to figure out a way to download the Skyward Sword ROM for the past 5 hours and I cannot get it to work. when I click the download button for the 1.00 version of the game it does not work. all I get is the blue circle of death for about 30 min before it pushes the game to chromes download but nothing happens after that. It just says Processing with a download speed of 0b. I had that going for and hour and a half before just clearing the cash and trying again. I also tried other wii games but they did not work either. does anyone know how to fix this issue. I do not want to mod my Wii U to get the ROM off the disk.
