Check your filters to make sure you're not filtering them out of the alphabetical listing.
it's true. they no longer show up for me either.
i tried to compare my newly patched dragon quest vi rom to the translated copy i originally downloaded from vimm's a long time ago.
most of the translations i did once find on vimm's can be found on romhacking.net (you will need to patch them yourself of course)
