empty downloads

ok so for the past day ive been having issues downloading ps1 games a month ago everything was working before the server crash
just today in was trying to download shadow man for ps1 and when i see it downloading its a 0% empty zip and i get a message " file archive only" cannot access download"
i wonder if this a new issue that has been happening and i see everyone else is having the same issue
this is a great site to find classics and mostly no one else has what the vault has.... i hope the issue gets resolved soon
