dkeys are for ISOs, not PSN content. PSN needs a .pkg and a .rap file.
I am assuming double dragon neon isnt on here because it was a psn game but for psn games are there d keys for decryption of the packages anywhere? i checked the aldostools link for it but it doesn't appear, im guessing because it was psn only. tldr is there like anyway to get this game or psn only games at all?
