How do I dump a Wii menu or EULA or similar?

I recently got an old Wii from a thrift store from here in Finland. I was wondering if I can help by dumping European stuff from it since I noticed you are missing some European WiiWare. However I have no clue how to do it so help would be appreciated. I have already modded the Wii using the wii.hacks.guide guide.
