dl.vimm.net certificate expired

I tried downloading some romhack files, but the dl.vimm.net cert expired. It blocks the download because of HSTS
Also while we're on it, after registering on here there was a link to the "Board index, which links to https://vimm.net/bbs/?Board=0, a page just saying "Invalid board."
