Aha, I spelled the error file wrong.  You should get a descriptive error now.

Any idea why your IP address keeps changing?

i was trying to download DARK for the xbox 360 but i kept getting "error code 401: unauthorized", and trying to download fallout new vegas lonesome road from the x360 digital doesn't work either. have i been banned by the server? this hasn't happened before.
